Larry has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is an honoree in the Georgia Tech Academy of Distinguished Engineering Alumni. His experience includes over 35 years in the pool industry as President and later CEO of BioLab Inc. Twice elected as Chairman of the Manufacturers’ Council of the National Spa and Pool Institute (NSPI now APSP), he was later elected Chairman of the NSPI Board of Directors.

Larry is the primary architect of Xmente's large scale consumer database mining, point-of-sale analytics, data hygiene and CustomerVizion products. He feels fortunate to continue to work with the pool and spa industry and to develop useful sophisticated technology at an affordable cost that would not otherwise be available.

Steve Carlyle, Chief Customer Evangelist

Steve attended the University of Florida (Go Gators) for undergrad and graduate school from 65-74. Steve has spent his career working in various facets of Business Development for several major corporations with responsibilities for product development, new market development, venture business development and senior management.

Steve has spent 30 years in the pool industry so far including 23 years with BioLab working in numerous facets of business development, marketing and management. In addition, Steve also has experience in start-up retail business and small business management. Steve feels that the pool business and working with independent pool business owners is in his DNA. He resides happily these days in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
